Working with an architect early in the project, enables us to seamlessly blend electronics into the homeowner’s lifestyle.  We can take into consideration your lifestyle and functional needs for today and the future. As we are involved in the schematic phase, we are able to insure that you are making a true dream home.

Our Engineers use CADD applications to provide detailed layers of design and documentation. Electronic equipment is often unplanned, creating larger problems during the construction phase. Improper planning for technology can lead to issues in structural design, electrical design, HVAC requirements, lighting design, window treatments, and the wiring backbone.

We are happy to offer our engineering services, building out the plans in partnerships with architects, designers, and builders. We design with consideration of the electronic requirements for the automation systems, in coordination with cabinetry, contractors, and electricians. We design the infrastructure, mechanical needs, HVAC requirements, power requirements, and any other solutions that the project requires. Our design consultations do not require a specific device brand or model which enables the homeowner to have the option to put devices in various locations later.
