We partner with builders. We help general contractors to integrate electronic sub systems that include lighting control, HVAC, pool, security, audio\video and computer networks, into a builder’s residential and commercial constructions or renovations.

We have been working with and for builders since our company has started. Sometimes we work as a sub-contractor, while other times we will have direct contract with the homeowner. We can also split the project. We can deal with all different size projects, ranging from small retrofits, to very large custom homes. We can also take on projects for high rise buildings, and commercial projects.

Once a project stars, a project manager and his team of dedicated installers is assigned to the project. We work tightly with the builder from the beginning to make sure all the necessary wires are installed in the framing stage. Our engineering department makes sure that the structural requirements are met and documented so we can fulfill all the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural needs of the client. For our next phase, we build a test system in our office. The test systems is a rack that hold all the equipment and is able to test audio visual displays. This stage of the project minimizes the equipment testing, software debugging and programming time that we spend on site. We install all devices that need to be mounted such as TVs, speakers, etc. When the job site is ready to be controlled by our smart system, we deliver the equipment, connect it and perform final testing.

All projects come with a one year warranty. During the warranty period, we will service the equipment to make sure that the design standards are maintained if not improved throughout the entire system.
